The international photographic art exposition photo la returns for its 24th year at The REEF, located in the historic LA Mart building in downtown Los Angeles, January 15 - 18, 2015. Downtown LA has become an international destination for art patrons and enthusiasts. In addition to photo la and the LA Art Show, downtown LA will also welcome the highly anticipated opening of the new Broad Museum in 2015, along with the ongoing arrival of new cutting-edge and blue-chip galleries, such as Hauser Wirth & Schimmel. Inspired by downtown's growing vitality and creative energy, photo la relocated to The REEF for its 2014 edition, attracting an unprecedented attendance of 16,000 guests.

Hello. I'd like to share my photography campaign with the members of your photography club.
We have some great photographers lined up to present information each month, including Jay Patel, Alfie Goodrich & Richard Bernabe. Photostack combines a photography contest with a short course on each monthly theme we tackle. All money from our initial campaign goal is going straight back into getting Photostack up and running.
Happy New Year! This is Eva with The Pablove Foundation. Our Pablove Shutterbugs program teaches children and teens living with cancer to develop their creative voice through the art of photography. Currently, we offer an 8-week long mentorship course in photography to pediatric oncology patients ages 6-18 in the Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties. We provide all of the necessary camera equipment and materials for our students, and offer the program free of cost to families.
I am getting in touch to see if any members of the members of F Stop Camera Club might be interested in being a part of this project as photography mentors. We are getting ready for our 8-week course in the winter of 2015 in Los Angeles. Classes for kids and teens take place on Saturday mornings, running from February 7th to March 29th, 2015. We are reaching out to local artists, arts organizations, community websites and forums in search of photographers interested in becoming volunteer mentors to our students. Each mentor is paired with a student that they work with individually for the 8 weeks of the course. We are seeking mentors with experience in photography and ideally with experience working with kids. Interested volunteers may email firstname.lastname@example.org for an application, and may also apply online at www.pablove.org.
Would it be possible for you to introduce Pablove Shutterbugs to your organization and feature as a volunteer opportunity in photography?
