Why Should I Join?

First and foremost, you get access to an incredible group of people who love photography and want to share and learn with others.

  • Talk with like minded photographers - We have the full range from newbie to pro, and all with varying shooting styles. Don't be afraid that you won't fit in. You will.
  • Educational Workshops - You'll be able to learn new techniques and methods from people in the know. Whether the workshop is taught by a club member or an outside source, you can learn about software, how to use your camera, photo composition and more.
  • Monthly Critiques - Monthly critiques will usually have a theme; Macro, Flash, Transportation, Portraits etc. These will get you to shoot things you perhaps never would. You'll get inspired by the work of others. Through the critiques and judging you'll hone your skills and improve your pictures.
  • Learning opportunities
        - A monthly Post Production zoom meeting to assist in all things Lightroom and Photoshop
        - A monthly Photo Feedback meeting to share your images for peer evaluation and constructive comments
  • Trips and Excursions - On occasion we have professional photographers  or club members lead little day trips. You'll get the chance to explore new places and have an experienced guide show you the best techniques and vantage points to shoot from. This is some of the best (and cheapest) digital photography training you can get.
  • Photo Sharing - via our private members-only Facebook Group
  • Mentors - Experienced club member available to help and guide you in a variety of ways
  • Access to our private Facebook page to share images and stay up to date on all club events
  • An annual holiday party - a fun, social event where we pay tribute to the years compilation of images and events

Who Can Join?

Anyone who shares an interest in photography!

How much are dues?

$50 per calendar year. If you join after June 1st, dues are reduced to $25 for the remainder of the calendar year.

What if I am not sure that I want to join yet?

Then please be our guest at a meeting to see first hand what a great group of people we are. Your 1st visit is on us!
