• Using the AI Select Sky
• Mask display customization
• Masking feature: Add and Subtract
• Adjust the Depth Range
• How are masked organized in the panel
• How to create special effects with light & shadow or color effects
• Learn a fun way to brush with Light in Lightroom or ACR
• Make Precise Selections with Luminance Range Masking
• Make Precise Selections with Color Range Masking
• Invert Select this option to select everything else except the initial selection you made.
This option is only available for tool selection masks
• Intersect Mask with Select this option to create a new component in the existing mask
that intersects with the other components of the same mask.
• Create custom color grading presets
Technical Level: Intermediate to Advanced. Understanding of Importing and basic folder
organization is required.
Biography: Following her undergraduate work at Otis Parsons School of Design, Natasha Calzatti went on to shoot award-winning work for THE NEW YORK TIMES, NEWSWEEK, PEOPLE, and VIBE and has been syndicated internationally. Her photography is represented in many private collections and continues to regularly show in galleries. Simultaneous to her photography career, Natasha sought the cutting edge of imaging as it transitioned from the chemical darkroom to the digital darkroom where her digital retouching abilities became increasingly in demand for magazine clients TV Guide, Marie Claire, Time Magazine, The Source, and Vibe as well as advertising clients Midas, MCI and Dreyfus. In 2011, Ms. Calzatti was invited to The Getty Center to share her behind the camera experiences of Cuba as she presented an in-gallery exploration of A Revolutionary Project: Cuba from Walker Evans to Now, and, in September 2016, DIGITAL PHOTO PRO magazine ran a feature with Ms. Calzatti on navigating the proper workflow in the digital darkroom. The interview was conducted by celebrated NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC photographer, Mark Edward Harris. Ms. Calzatti divides her time between shooting assignments and lecturing on digital imaging both in the U.S and abroad.
